Put the manual into storage

The manual's text and pictures live in the portal's private storage, not in the website, because the pictures show real clients by name. This is what puts them there, and the same drop re-does it whenever the manual is rebuilt.

Drag Coach Manual.zip from _TO_POST onto the box below. One file. The build writes it, it holds exactly what belongs, and there is nothing to choose or leave out.
